First day Buddy was so tired he fell asleep as soon as he got in the car. Walking on his right bad leg and moving around a lot better. Second visit, he did his therapy and later chiropractic adjustment. Can’t wait to see progress!!!

Dr. Nancy has been in integral factor in improving the quality of life for my 15 year old cat, Chloe.

Chloe has arthritis in her spine that has robbed her of a lot of her mobility. While she could still walk, she was slow, wobbly, and unable to take stairs or jump onto anything. She would not walk unless she absolutely had to.

After working with Dr. Nancy, Chloe increased mobility, stability, and attitude. She can move at a brisk pace! She is walking on her back toes (digitigrade) when she had not been! She got up onto the couch! (Okay, this one caused us to Chloe-proof the furniture a bit, because she is still not strong enough to handle jumping off of the couch, but it was amazing to see.)

With Chloe’s condition, she will never have the gait of a young adult again. However, she has increased stamina, stability, and mobility, and overall is more at ease moving. She has started playing again! In Chloe’s case, playtime happens around the edge of her donut bed, but when it had been months since I last saw her show any interest in toys, it makes my heart happy.

We started going to Paws PT after our dog had back surgery due to rupturing a disc caused by IVDD. He was paralyzed from the waist down prior to surgery. After surgery he regained feeling but had a long road ahead of him. He had to relearn how to walk and strengthen his core. Nancy was super helpful in explaining what he needed to work on. He had water treadmill, laser, and physical therapy exercises at his sessions. Nancy was a great help teaching us exercises we could do at home in between sessions as well. We saw a lot of improvement in his gait and strength. He can be difficult to work with and Nancy always very professional with him.

My dog Wally had degenerative myelopathy. It's an incurable disease it gradually causes the dog to lose control of his body. Shortly after his diagnosis, I started doing twice a week and then three times a week therapy sessions with Nancy of Paws PT. While the physical therapy could not stop the progression of the disease, it may have slowed it, and it certainly helped Wally maintain strength and agility in the parts of his body that he still controlled.

When he was diagnosed, he was only given two or three months to live. However, we were able to extend that for 27 months, including daily walks around our neighborhood, eventually with the aid of a wheelchair that Nancy helped us procure. In the end, Wally succumbed to an unrelated ailment.

Wally and his support dog Casey loved going for physical therapy to Nancy's, and always wanted to stay longer. It was also very helpful for me. Degenerative myelopathy is a hard disease for the owner, because it's not easy to see your best friend slowly but surely deteriorate. Nancy's cheerful personality and helpfulness enabled me to maintain the right attitude so I could support Wally in his time of need. I couldn't recommend her more.

My American Akita did about 3 months of PT here after he recovered from surgery for an injury to his hock. His toes after surgery were loose and he kept slipping off the toe pads. Nancy had him do various exercises with her, as well as laser therapy, and also taught me exercises I could do with him at home. After all the work his toes are basically back to normal! They are nice and tight and he no longer seems to slip off the toe pads. Would also like to add that my dog is very exuberant and stubborn so it was not always easy getting him to do everything without him bulldozing his way through but Nancy was always very patient and understanding with him. He loved going there and we will miss it.

Below is two before photos of his toes spreading apart followed by after photos. Big difference! Thank you, Nancy!
