Participated in open events (cookouts, volleyball, preschool programs, etc) and finally decided to join about 2 years ago. Very welcoming congregation. Not too formal, but so overly relaxed as to miss the point of worship. Many activities and group functions for those who are so inclined, but no pressure to do anything. New pastor as of a few months ago who really seems both approachable as well as well versed in the matters of humanity, family, and spirituality.
Highly recommend this venue for christians of all ages and persuasions. As a former member of the Catholic, Jehovah's witnesses, Episcopalian, and various non-denominational churches, I can say that I've found a comfortable home here. Great music program as well. -
