He was great, very friendly and worked within my budget to match me up with a carpet that made sense for our guest room we were updating. He had to special order my carpet, which took just less than two weeks to arrive and install - just as promised. Workers came on time and gave 1 hr notice as to when they would arrive. Took just under 2 hrs to remove old carpet and install. Workers were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!
