Thankful for great service from Bactronix. Our specialist was Bryan, and he was prompt, thorough and personable as he explained the process of mold removal from our garage ceiling. Bactronix only suggested what we needed to do without tacking on unnecessary services just to pad the estimate. We were grateful for that so close to Christmas!

Bactronix did a wonderful job! They were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. The before and after photos were very helpful in seeing how badly we needed ours cleaned and how great of a job they did. I feel confident knowing they cleaned all of our duct work after seeing the photos. They also did a really good job cleaning the vent covers. It took the guy a long time to clean them and I can certainly tell. It was so helpful that they also do that and reinstall the covers also. I have already recommended them to neighbors and friends!

Our basement flooded and we needed to have flooring removed and treated for mold. John from Bactronix was able to address our problem quickly and professionally. We have 3 young children who use the space. Our technicians, Rob and Del, were very understanding of our concern for the safety of the kids and were extremely thorough in their work, assuring us that the issue had been resolved. This company was wonderful to work with! We bought a house with a lot of suspected mold. They were able to test every room and assure us they could remediate it all. Kenny and Freddie were on time, friendly and communicated the process very well every step of the way. They went above and beyond and it looked great when they left. With an asthmatic son, it was a great feeling knowing the mold was gone. We also had our duct worked cleaned and that team was great as well. Mike, Dan and Gabe did a thorough job and were very professional. Would highly recommend Bactronix to anyone.

When I first called, I had a lot of questions. Paul addressed all my concerns and educated me on the entire process. We’re glad we decided to have our air ducts cleaned and to have a UV light installed in the air handler. Carlos and Gabe were meticulous and took great care when on- site.
