(January 15, 2021, 1:34 pm)This has been one of the better Starbucks in terms of in-person orders in my experience; the staff behind the counter is always very friendly and helpful, my drinks have always been made to perfection, and any time that I have witnessed someone having an issue the staff has always been quick to correct it. Be warned, however, that they have a VERY high volume of orders with the accompanying wait time, and more than a few customers get impatient over waiting more than a few minutes for their order. Even if you have patience, it's something you will most likely witness in someone else, so be prepared for that sort of disturbance. The store itself does well despite the sheer volume, so I can't fault them for this. Note that I have only ordered here in-person and never via mobile, so I can't accurately rate that aspect.
