  I’ve been a member at Alpha for about 4 years. I will continue to work out here for as long as they’ll have me!
  
  This is an amazing place full of amazing people. The coaches are understanding and helpful, but will help you push yourself to find your maximum potential.
  
  People say this sort of thing quite a bit but I truly mean this: if I can do it, you can. Workouts are scaled so you compete with your former self, not with other athletes. It’s about growth, not about a singular goal all people must attain.
  
  Whether you’re already a fit, elite athlete, or if you’re out of shape, coming back from an injury, or just “not someone who works out,” there is a place for you here. The coaches will guide you to push your limits and help you become proud of your accomplishments.
  
  I can’t think of a better group of people or a more warm, welcoming place.
  
  Alpha Athletics is a family.

  I am newish to CrossFit still under a year of experience, I get very nervous and have only recently started taking classes. So this is the first place I did a drop in class at not my regular gym. Not only was Tony great and welcoming but the whole class came up and introduced themselves before we started. It was a great workout and they made me feel right at home! Highly recommend getting a workout in here!

  Tony is an amazing trainer, and the workouts and classes are super fun and a great workout! I always leave feeling great!

  I have started and stopped gyms more times than I would like to admit. This experience has been completely different. Tony and April are simply the best! They tailor each individual workout in privates to where you are and what your specific goals are. They challenge you, but also give you lots of positive feedback to keep you motivated. The people that belong to this gym are friendly and I must say, "It is the best hour of my day"
