Dr. Erik Bowman is a great person to deal with. He is easy to talk to, and he addresses your issue and helps to resolve your problem in a timely manner. Whether you need one treatment or many, he is always there to help. There hasn't been anything that he hasn't been able to help me with, to manage my chronic pain. I've struggled with chronic fatigue and issues with clarity of thought for years. I've seen doctors, sleep specialists, and psychiatrists who are quick to prescribe medications that treat some of the symptoms while causing other serious side effects. After treating with Dr. Shannon for a month, I already feel better than I have in years. Dr Shannon is wonderful with my children and he takes the time necessary to help you to understand what he is doing and why you need certain treatments, meds, supplements, etc... He is a total superstar!! He has a wonderful caring and compassionate manner that encourages trust and confidence in him. He has really given me my life back after years of suffering. He has also improved the quality of life for my children in a big way with nutritional and Autistic support as well as normal chiropractic care.

I was having severe anxiety which was causing havoc on my body. I experienced headaches, twitches and other things. Dr. Shannon was amazing. I went just expecting an adjustment but he is a nutritionist as well. He quickly started asking me about other symptoms I never even thought to mention. He knew immediately that I probably had a problem with gluten. After testing I did have a gluten intolerance and diary intolerance. He picked the right supplements and change of diet for me and all symptoms went away. Dr. Shannon and the whole Smith Chiropractic team is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

A little over 2 months ago, I made an appointment to see Dr Shannon for Nutrition. I just hadn't been feeling well. I was very tired a lot of the time, had been dealing with bouts of anxiety and depression and had terrible brain fog.
He ordered several blood tests which showed that I had food sensitivity to gluten, dairy, soy and corn. Blood work also showed that I had evidence of the Epstein Barr virus in my system.
He recommended several supplements for me to start taking as well as eliminating gluten and dairy from my diet.
After only 2 months, I am feeling so much better!!
The anxiety and depression are gone and I have more energy and not tired all the time. I am so thankful that I made the choice to see him.
Dr Shannon listened to all my concerns. He is very compassionate about this work and helping people get well. I just had blood work done again and am anxious to see how much has changed for the better and keep working on maintaining good health.
