(October 21, 2021, 7:13 pm)Walked up to a car fire the other day and these dudes rolled out like some Autobots out their super nice fire truck. Man, they were super cool - and one of those firefighters - I think his name was Dillon? he was super cool I would let him put out a fire any day.

(June 10, 2021, 8:38 pm)You guys are great. Very responsive, professional, and friendly. But OH MY GOD WHY CANT YOU GUYS EVER REMEMBER TO TURN THE ELEVATOR BACK ON!? I mean, I even very nicely specifically asked if you could turn it back on before you left. I was told by tough guy fireman “we haven’t cleared everything yet, so we’re not done shutting things down”. Which was odd bc friendly and informative fireman had explained what had happened and told us we could go back inside. I have a very old dog and I have mine own issues. I realize that the elevator is a luxury, not a right. But could you please perhaps add it to your SOP to remember to turn the f*cking thing back on? Thank you so very much for what you do!
