  Ramon C was very helpful. I came in to get a new battery for install but wasn't sure how to do it. He helped me pick out a battery and then answered all of my questions about the installation process.
  
  He was able to answer every question I had and was super thorough. He also did all of this with a great attitude.
  
  5 out of 5 stars and I'll be coming here as my new auto parts store.

  Andrew was awesome. He helped me change my wiper blades and showed me around the store everywhere. He’s the best! Will be coming here a long time :)

  I walked into this auto zone pretty upset after being placed on hold for over 15 minutes and seeing only one customer in line. A young lady by the name of Rashonda assisted me at the counter. She was very courteous, helpful and informative. She definitely made a positive impact during my visit at the store which is why I give a five star rating. Thanks for your assistance.

  Victoria is a great very friendly woman. She always helps every customer to the best of her ability and when she doesnt know an answer she will get it for you. Each customer gets the attention needed time energy and effort 100% from them! Willie and Marco's are great as well. Everyone in the store holds thier composure and treats every customer with the utmost respect at all times. Everyone in this store hold the standard of professionalism. I have came to Auto zone for years but I have truly come to love them at this store and these three people are my favorite! I love coming here

  We were traveling from Indiana to ft. Lauderdale and our car battery went out. Jermaine was very helpful and took extra time to make sure we were good to go and so our vacation wouldn’t be interrupted anymore. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and help. Jermaine gets 5 stars but if I could I’d give him 10!!

  Michael Bickart's office is how other places should be run. The staff is always available and go out of their way to ensure you have a great policy and experience. Tracie is amazing and has saved me money and time. I highly recommend them!
