Barbara Check is a great therapist! I've been to several different providers over the years, but Barbara is by far the best. You can definitely tell that she actually cares about your well-being and that she knows what she is talking about. I really appreciate that she offers her own personal stories and experiences to fill in the gaps during discussions, rather than just repeatedly asking how something makes you feel. Her stories offer helpful insight into worries that I have, and help put me at ease. She also offers various self-help exercises and tips to aid you between appointments. I'm very happy with the service provided and would recommend her to anyone looking for a provider.
