I Purchase a car through auction, Seibel auto Warehouse listed the car, the owner really talks to the customers, he very nice business owner who is honest and very pleasant purchase of my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP. Not many businesses owners really have conversations with the customers. I hope to buy another car in the future from this place. Happy Customer!!!!!

Bought a unique car from Seibel's. My first mistake was buying it without seeing it. I trusted what they told me and thought they were a reputable company. They told me when they were detailing the car and the air bag light came on and had to send it to Volkswagen to be repaired. This delayed the delivery for two weeks. A driver called me at midnight to deliver the car. The worst part is this car was never detailed. The interior was filthy with many loose parts. The seat backs were filled with the previous owners trash. There was old jewelry and a dirty sock left in the car. It took me four hours to completely detail the car. I have bought many cars online and this by far has been my worst experience. This vehicle was way over priced for the condition in which it was delivered. The picture enclosed is the trash just was pulled out of one of the seat backs.

After posting my review I received a phone call from the owner of Seibel's Auto. He apologized for the condition of which the car was delivered. He offered several options, we agreed on a solution to resolve the issue. It is great to see that this family owned business still cares about its customers. Thank you again for resolving the issue and look forward to doing business in the future.
