(November 4, 2016, 3:18 pm)I brought in a new intermittent no start/stall problem. Got a chance to watch him methodically troubleshoot the root cause. Thank goodness that someone understands what it means when I ask you to find the problem and fix it. Repeat customer for life now.

His work is excellent and he is the best mechanic in the area, in addition to being a kind person and easy to talk to on the phone. His wife, who usually answers the phone, is a doll too. Thanks for fixing the cavelier! It's running great and we really appreciate the wonderful work. :-) My fiance and I will definitely be returning!

He knows his stuff, is very straight and honest about what is going on, and does exactly what he says he will do. I would refer him to any friends or family.
