Oh my goodness!!! Hands down THE BEST ever!!! I have a MASSIVE needle phobia, and had to get my ingrown toenail removed. I told her I'd rather be put under and have my toe cut off than deal with needles. She was very patient with my fears, explained everything slowly, and sprayed my toe with numbing liquid twice to do the injections so I didn't feel them. The first round was uncomfortable, but the second was painless (since my toe was slightly numbed already). She took her time, talked to me (about anything other than my toe), wrapped me up, and gave me very detailed post-procedure instructions. I would recommend her to ANYONE, especially someone with doctor/needle fears.

My experience was that Dr. Cinzia was an exceptional
person and podiatrist. Her manner is being is one that she is very present, knowledgeable, kind and sensitive to each person. I am very pleased that I was referred to her.
