I interacted with Tom who made the car buying process very easy and transparent. The staff all made me feel very comfortable and welcome, and to top it all off I am glad to shop somewhere that is family owned! First time, and won’t be last time customer.

The service crew at Bowser Hyundai took care of all of the issues with my car and went out of their way to get most everything covered by a warranty that had expired four days prior to my service appointment. You cannot ask for better people and it makes me a very loyal happy customer!

As a new resident of PA I needed an auto inspection. Also time for regular maintenance as well as a recall notice. The dealership was undergoing building renovations in two of their locations. With all of that going on, the service department found a way to get my car scheduled (At the nearest location to me) for all of the above so that the inspection was done within 10 days. The service at Bowser has been excellent. I usually wait while the car is being serviced, my car is finished in good time. I have stopped in with an unexpected problem, and was helped immediately. The service people are friendly, and helpful.
