Absolutely great from start to finish!

Had tankless water heater installed. Our tank went bad right before we were leaving for vacation. They provided a fair quote and were timely with all information that I requested. He and his sons were very nice and on time. They said 8am on Saturday and they were there on the dot. I have a lot of plumbing experience as a homeowner and they did top notch work, did not cut any corners. Clean and neat installation, very professional. It’s hard to find capable and reliable contractors today and I would highly recommend Don Potts Plumbing!
