Love their shoes. There is something to be said about the comfort and quality of their product. Never seems to disappoint. Price is more expensive but there are deals to be had and have yet to be disappointed. These shoes outlast most.

The store had good service. However Cole Hahn does not stand behind their product. I sent the following message to the after being denied an exchange based on a year in the leather upper by the heel which was caused by faulty product: This is a complete disappointment.  I thought Cole Haan had superior products and stood behind their product.  There is an actual tear in the leather upper from where the leather is weak and bends when I put my foot into the shoe.  It is clearly a flaw in the design or material.  I am a high school principal who spends the majority of the day walking.  I was advertising the product and its comfort to all the teachers and my colleagues.  After experiencing this,  I will not anymore.   I can't recommend a shoe that costs a lot for a professional educator when the product fails so easily and is not replaced in good faith.

First of all, Cole Haan stands behind their products and seems to support their staff. I bought a pair of shoes and a week later the wood started to crack. I was hoping that this was a fluke and that they would take care of me as a customer. They met my expectations and then some! I called and the store manager said to bring them in- no questions asked. I was lucky that they still had the same shoe in the size I needed. The Assistant Manager (Ryan, I believe) was so helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about when I walked in. Again, no questions asked. The new shoes that I have have been perfect with no issues.

We always like to look around and received the best customer service. We ended up purchasing a wallet and another pair of shoes that night, we couldn't pass them up. Great prices, comfortable, and stylish; I don't have enough good things to say about this place. Each sales person and manager I have come into contact with has been fabulous and I will definitely be returning. Actually, due to the way they stood behind their product and their customer service- this is now my favorite designer! Not to mention the fabulous and comfortable shoes/ clothing/ amazing handbags they have. If you haven't yet you need to check this place out.

Cole Haan will exceed any expectation you have of retail.
