(April 10, 2019, 9:09 am)I pulled carpet up in my basement To discover that the floor was in deplorable condition. I own an old “unique,” home with accessibility issues. When I had contractors come over to give me quotes, many did not get back to me, some acted like the job was just too much of a pain to deal with. Chuck was the only one he seemed confident, took pictures while he was there, and emailed me a quote with 24-48 hours. Communication was easy through my entire project, and I ended up having them do my basement bathroom after the floor was done. I plan to use these guys again for my next renovations!
