Before Beyond Fit, I had only been to gyms where you show up and are just left to figure everything out on your own. I’ve never lasted more than a week at places like that. Even though I WANTED to workout, I was too intimidated and discouraged since I had no idea what I was doing or if I was doing it correctly. I also had nobody guiding me in defining my fitness goals or how to reach them. So, eventually I told myself I just wasn’t a “gym” person and stopped trying.
Beyond Fit is exactly what I needed. It’s a completely different experience! The workouts are fun, challenging, and can be modified to anyone’s level of fitness. I always leave there sweaty and feeling accomplished :) Coach Ty really knows what he’s doing, and is always right there to encourage you, answer questions or explain a move. He also helps us define our fitness goals and track our progress along the way, which is extremely motivating.
I tell everyone about this gym! I can’t recommend it enough. -

(August 21, 2018, 9:39 am)I am in the midst of my 6 week transformation challenge. The meal plan is amazing, the fitness program is amazing and the instructors are awesome! This is truly a lifestyle gym personalized for each individual. 2nd week in and I have lost 2 inches on my waist, lost weight and seeing overall results. I am psyched to see the end results after 6 weeks. This is the best gym out there!

I feel great and have more energy. Gym owner and coach Ty is amazing!! He will make sure you are doing the work out moves correctly to avoid injury and will be your biggest fan. If you want to lose weight and feel great, come to Beyond Fit.

(December 2, 2016, 12:33 pm)Tammy had changed my outlook on fitness. I have had personal trainers in the past and all they did was watch me on machines and need 1.5 hrs of my time. I never saw a huge difference either. I started at Beyond fit about 5 months ago and the change has been huge. When I work out with Tammy I am tripping sweat and sore the next day and the best part is it only took 30 mins. I am mom and work full time my time is limited and with Tammy I can fit it in and feel great at the end. I use to hate working out and now I look forward to it. I have lost inches and become more fit overall. I am so happy I found beyond fit it has changes my life for the better.
