(July 23, 2018, 3:27 pm)First my flight was cancelled and instead of arriving at the hotel at 2 pm we arrived at 12 midnight in Amman Jordan. A representative from Pligrim Tours received us at the airport helped us through the process to clear customs, get our vise and assists us with our suitcases and even help me file a claim for one suitcase that was send to a different airport. Because we arrived so late our representative call the hotel ahead and request them to prepare a light snack for us and to even upgrade my room from a regular room for 3 people to a 2 bed room suite. The hotel manager was very generous and he accommodates us with his request. I must say thank you to the hotel staff for going way and beyond to fulfill our needs during our stayed. I did not have to do anything after filing a claim for my suitcase Pligrim Tours representative did everything for me by calling the airport and delivering my suitcase to me as soon as it arrived. Breakfast and lunch was very good I give this hotel 5 stars. During the tour in Jordan our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly on our way to Israel he did everything to passed us through the Jordan Border/Customs.
In Israel a tour guide greet us at the Border/Customs took us to our hotel, We met our tour guide Mark G the best tour guide in town, and from then on we had a wonderful time, at the end of our trip we were like one big happy family. We made lots of friends and memories together. The hotels we stayed in was very good I give them 5 stars. The food was very good fruits and veggies fresh from the markets. I must give Pligrim Tours a number 10. Moon was my representative he answered all my questions before i book and when I was ready to travel, he even help me book my airfare. Its better to book your airfare with Pligrim you don't have to worry about anything they took care of all our needs in the air and on the ground. I will recommend this company to any one who is looking to visit Jordan and Israel. -

(June 13, 2018, 7:46 am)Ten day tour of Israel went off without any issues. Our first tour, we were a little apprehensive about traveling closely with a group of strangers. Well that ended shortly into the trip because we all became mutual friends and had a fabulous time. Our bus, tour guide and hotels were wonderful. Can't wait to book another tour although the group we were with will be a very high standard to top!

Our tour guide led us through the Holy Lands with so much excitement and knowledge of the Bible and the land of Israel. Pilgrim Tours ensured that every part of our trip went smoothly and that our group had a positive experience.
