  Kutztown was a little bit of a ride for me but I figured I'd take a chance since they had a nice selection of F150s on their lot. I arrived and was greeted by Tom (McNabb) and worked with him to get the exact truck that I was looking for. In general, I hate shopping for cars but I have to admit that this time around it was painless (might I even say enjoyable). Tom was patient as we looked at several trucks and went on several test rides. Besides being a good salesperson, he was just a nice human being, something missing all too often in businesses today. He was not high pressure at all and quite knowledgable. At the end of the day I had the certified pre-owned F150 of my dreams and was quite pleased. The business manager, Scott Waters, was excellent as well and explained everything to me, including all the warranties etc. He worked to get me an excellent loan interest rate.
  
  All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership if you like a low -pressure and courteous staff. They are very accommodating and seek to get you into the best vehicle for you.

  The service was friendly and prompt. The car has a few issues, but it was good for the price. I would definitely return to buy a car here again.

  I worked with a personable salesman and purchased a decently priced used truck. They we're actually relatively quick with the paperwork and helped out with getting insurance. They stuck within my budget and got me a fair payment. I would go back if I decide to purchase another truck.

  I had come in for a truck to pull my Mustang, Kevin Conroy was one of the most professional salesman I’ve met in my 20years of buying cars. He was friendly, didn’t waste my time. I told him what I wanted and he pulled the exact truck I ended up going home
  With. To whoever owns this store you have a “SUPERSTAR” working for you! Thanks again Kevin! I will be sending you all my race car buddies, since 1/2 of them need new rigs!

  What a great car buying experience! George, Dan, and Don were wonderful to work with. No pressure, and they continued to offer up options based on my needs until we were able to reach an agreement. This experience felt more like a collaboration rather than a negotiation. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone and everyone. 10 out of 5 stars!
