  I have an American Home Shield warranty and they referred me to Clear Flow Water Solutions to fix my hot water heater issue. Jose was my assigned plumber and he was absolutely incredible!! Jose reached out to me prior to the job to ensure that he brought all the proper equipment with him to help prepare him for the job. He reached out to me before arriving to give me ample time to get ready for him to get here. When he arrived he was very professional and welcoming and diagnosed my hot water heater issue immediately. He called my warranty and explained what was wrong and took the time to test my water pressure valve. He informed me that my water valve was broken and let my home warranty know. My home warranty told him that it was not covered and he could leave. He took the time to explain to me everything that was wrong and offered to fix my value and hot water heater instead of leaving me with no hot water. He broke down the pricing and explained what he would need to do and how much everything would cost. I decided to have him fix everything and he took the time to show and explain to me everything that he was fixing and why it needed to be fixed. He is a highly knowledgeable and dedicated worker. I am so blessed to have had him assigned to my house because he definitely helped ease my anxiety during this stressful time. I would definitely recommend Clear Flow Water Solutions to anyone that has plumbing issues and I will definitely be using them in the future and requesting Jose!!

  Very professional, quick response time. Jose was great. He was very knowledgeable and replaced our hot water heater and sump pump in a short period of time. We have used them in the past with our home warranty company as well, and we have always had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

  Excellent work, professional, very courteous, extremely nice to work with. No one ever hopes to have plumbing issues, but when we do - and we live in an old house, we're bound to again - we're giving Clear Flow another call. Six out of five stars, if possible! Jose was awesome!
