  Love the staff and Dr. C! Super place to invest in your kids (or your) future. They’re always great at getting you in and out in as little time possible. Very flexible with appointments and they make sure to let you know if the next visit is expected to be over the average time! Both kids have been through Dr. C and we love the results!! If only they could come home and nag our kids for us;).

  My teeth are straightening out very well and Dr. Covino always is welcoming and gentle when applying new parts to my braces. Almost every time I come in for an appointment it starts quickly. Dr. Covino is also very efficient.

  We love Dr. Covino and his staff, they are very professional and personal. Dr. Covino was very detailed and thorough explaining the treatment and process with made my son very trusting and comfortable with the process. I highly recommend him.

  We have been so impressed with Dr. Covino and his office staff. Visits are quick and run on time. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance questions. In 3 1/2 months, we have already seen a big improvement. Highly recommend.

  This place ROCKSSS!!! Dr. Covino and Lynn at the front desk have an awesome operation at cold spring. He did a great job of aligning my teeth and did it in a efficient and comfortable way! I love my smile now. Totally recommend him!
