(November 2, 2018, 1:32 pm)Brent is great! I went to him about 2 years ago after gaining a significant amount of weight from a medication. I was looking to improve my overall fitness and health, and he has certainly helped me to do that. I am much stronger than I have ever been and I am in the best shape of my life now. I came to him 2 years after a shoulder surgery, and he has worked to accommodate my postsurgical shoulder very well. I have also been dealing with a chronic hip issue from years of dancing, and between Brent and physical therapy, it has improved so much. He is knowledgeable, friendly, but will also push you to be your best. I HIGHLY recommend him!

(August 18, 2018, 10:50 am)Brent is an extremely well-read personal trainer. After three months of training, I lost 15 pounds and at least 3% body fat. Rather than simply having you do the different exercises, Brent's goal is to teach an individual how to train safely and effectively outside his office. I feel that by using Brent's services, I have completely changed my lifestyle, making the benefits of my training life-long. Overall, I give Body by Brent my highest recommendation and it was worth every single penny!!!

(July 8, 2015, 10:59 am)I started personal training with Brent 4 years ago after getting tired of gyms without results. I was looking for a specific fitness plan for tennis, weight loss and strength. He exceeded all my expectations. I lost 30 lbs, gained huge core, upper body strength and flexibility for tennis. Every year, my tennis game and speed gets better. To top it all off, this year, I was able to play two tennis matches back to back over 4.5 hours and won both! He is the best there is no question!!! His coaching style and personality is awesome. Highly recommend him!!!
