(April 12, 2013, 12:23 pm)I have been a student of the teachers at River Yoga for fifteen years and have traveled the world practicing at temples in India, a yoga studio in Istanbul, the YWCA in Milwaukee and a one room school house in Julian, California among many others. River Yoga is my home. The teachings are graceful, the atmosphere nurturing, the technical ability of the teachers outstanding. I hope to practice there for at least another fifteen years and hopefully more.

I also went through their 200 hour teacher training course and could not imagine going anywhere else. This practice and the studio has changed my life, and definitely for the better!

I had a lot of mobility issues in the beginning (from MS), and everyone there was wonderful (lots of help with assists getting into postures). I highly suggest yoga for everyone, it has changed my life. Mobility is no longer a concern. They have all levels of classes and a supportive atmosphere.
