Last week, after I discovered the flashing around the roof vent pipe had deteriorated and was allowing water to come into the wall behind my kitchen cabinets, it was quickly repaired by Nick of Kulp Roofing. When He finished, he recommended I call someone to make sure I didn't have moisture or water going moldy in the wall. Last night, I was on FB and saw a post about ServPro Upper Bucks and messaged them. Sean answered my message right away and the next day Joe came and used his gauge to test my wall and baseboard in the kitchen and assured me, using the measurements, that everything was okay. As a senior DIY homeowner trying to make ends meet, I am so grateful they helped so quickly to assure me all was well and were kind enough to waive an estimate fee. They are the BEST!
