    The ladies in office are very nice and helpful.
    I get notifications about packages waiting for pick up by email. Jessica, Jackie and Madeline are helpful. I can set my household trash near my door and the service comes to pick it up.. very convenient.
    The apartments are spacious and have washers and dryers in them! No more having to gather laundry and go to laundromat!!
    In the winter the maintenance staff is up early clearing walks and roads efficiently so I can get in my car and go to work.
    If you have issue/concern with anything maintenance related they're on it usually same day!
    My wife and I most enjoy our deck for morning coffee, to hear birds and watch goings on in neighborhood.
    Very quiet. Nice place to live! Pet friendly.
    Can't think of any drawbacks. Great place to call home!!! Conveniently located.

    My wife and I just moved here in May from New Jersey and the office staff has been nothing but helpful and gracious. The apartment is upgraded and everything is working great. If we have any issues the maintenance people take care of it right away. The pool area is in great shape and the landscaping is always up to date.
