I am a stickler when it comes to customer service. Text book perfect! Greg, part of the Williams family was eager to take care of my needs and communicate clearly on the short time it would take him to assist and repair, and deliver with excellence! He repaired 81C and put a brand-new soft top on my jeep. He made sure to walk out to my vehicle and show me how proud he was of his work. That really shows something, and not enough of that in the world!
I could not be happier with the seat they repaired in our car! The customer service as excellent! The repair was done on schedule and at a fair price. I didn't think our seat would ever look as good as new, and it does. Thank you!
Great quality job and super nice guys!
They did the front seats of my 68 Dodge van and turned out to be a very good job. They could not find the exact materials as the original seats, however, they took the time to talk to me and clarify the issue. So they managed expectations very well and there were no undesired surprises like in past experiences with other places.
