Best practice! Feel so loved and taken care of here. Short wait every time. Same day sick appointments were a breeze to make. Every time I have gone, never felt rushed. Front staff so caring and friendly too. Last I went was a couple weeks ago for a cough that lasted about a month. I had rescheduled a dental appt many times due to an uncontrollable cough I had and the receptionist was caring enough to work around all 3 of my childrens’ school schedules and fit me in.
Prior to that visit, i scheduled a flu shot (also same day appointment) and was literally out of there within 9 minutes.
Almost no wait time. Courteous staff.
Been going here for years. Wife has been going here since she was a kid. Now our kids come here too. Shaeffer is our primary (and is awesome, caring, and a personal approach). The other doctors (and staff) are also amazing. It's nice and comforting, to know that we have a great medical support team there for us when we need it.
