Dr. Ortiz is a great asset to his clients and to his colleagues. His expertise and knowledge of his field is impressive. He keeps himself updated on the latest in mental health care and makes it a point to implement it in his patient-care routine. He is a professional with an impressively vast amount of experience and a great human being with a big heart. This doctor is excellent . What does a car accident have to do with his quality as a doctor.
This appears to be slander to all 3 of the doctors in this practice based on the rating. I will bet many doctors have car accidents. And further I will bet many pregnant women have been in a car accident. This seems immature and way over the top.
