  I have nothing but positive, complimentary things to say about Flower and Balloon Creations by Julia. I first discovered her amazing, inventive, and unique balloon masterpieces on my wedding photographer's Facebook page. Before I was even pregnant with my first baby, I was dreaming of a child's birthday with the most adorable, sweetest Cheburashka and Crocodile Gena balloon centerpieces. The charming centerpieces were the highlight of my event. My child guests were mesmerized by them. My adult guests were awestruck and impressed with the massive size, scope, and magnitude of the balloon structures. The balloons are whimsical and fun. You can't help yourself but smile when you see them. You find yourself staring at them with a childlike wonder. They make you feel young at heart. Once you see the photographs of Julia's gorgeous creations, you will not want to look anywhere else. No detail escapes Julia's artistic eye. She is a perfectionist. The darling expressions she creates on the characters faces give them personality and make them come alive. Her use of color is stunning and eye popping. She will work with you to coordinate all the balloon colors to perfectly match your theme. Julia is an absolute pleasure to work with; she is a consummate professional who responds promptly and attentively to your inquiries. When asked Julia provides honest, trustworthy opinions so you receive the best results. She is a talented artist with a mind full of clever, imaginative ideas. If you leave yourself in her extremely capable hands, your party decorations will be the talk of the town and stand out in your guests' memories for some time to come.   Highly recommend this place. I used Julia's services several times and she did a superb job. She is very creative and always up to date with current trends. She decorated my 1 year old birthday with amazing creations. Highly recommend her services!!!!

  I ordered flowers for BD parties from Julia and they were amazing !! Just like I envisioned them - unique and very creatively designed bouquets and baskets. I saw flower arrangements for several weddings with very beautiful flowers which I really liked and would recommend to any bride to be for weeding ! Her passion for flowers shows in her work! Love the freshness of her flowers and the way arrangements look! Prices are awesome as well :) which is important. Plus, working with Julia is always a pleasure ! Definitely would recommend her services. She's creating amazing arrangements from balloons as well. Animals from famous cartoons , flowers and center pieces ... you name it. I'm planning to order some for my kid's BD parties to make their parties more special than having usual balloons from Party City.

  Thank you Julia for being so creative! I ordered flower box for a friends birthday. The delivery was on time. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The creation was very extraordinary. Highly recommend!
