Dan & co run a no-nonsense, clean, old school gym. If you want a place with friendly staff where you can lift weights or do some cardio, it doesn’t get better for this for the price you’re paying.
Old-school gym that has everything you need for a full workout. Usually not too crowded either. Plenty of parking as well.
Best gym in town.
This gym is well equipped, with machines, free weights, olympic weights, bikes, treadmills, and a helpful, friendly owner.
I would offer 5 stars if the ellipticals would allow tall patrons to use the full incline. Not the gyms fault, just bad design by the manufacturer.
