  Chris, and his team of mechanics give the best, honest and reliable repair service in the PA. He gives customer service that is way beyond the normal for auto repair industry, customers first...money last!!! He is the best!!

  This is a great place to get your vehicles serviced. Chris does quality work for a fare price. He is honest in his assessments and keeps you informed. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

  I am a newly single mom of 2 very young children and the low tire pressure light came on my dashboard after I had filled a low tire just two hours earlier. I am not from the immediate area and was driving through to look at a house for sale nearby. I saw Pleasant Valley Auto Care and quickly pulled in, fearing I was going to wind up with a flat tire in an unfamiliar area with my 10 week old baby in the car and needing to pick up my special needs 3 year old from preschool soon. Chris Lerch, the owner, was busy working on another car when I got out of my car and asked if he could help me. He came out, and when I explained the situation, he immediately started working on my car to diagnose the problem with the tire and clearly explained what my options were. When we decided best course of action, he patched my tire so I could safely drive until I could have it replaced. He was very kind, courteous, clean cut, and professional. When I asked how much I owed him, he said, “Nothing. I feel like I did a good thing here and that’s payment enough.” This act of kindness was such a blessing on so many levels. He didn’t know even half of my situation (I didn’t tell him I’m completely on my own with my children, that I am barely making ends meet, etc) and he was still so very, very kind. People — mechanics or otherwise! — like that are hard to come by these days. If I am able to move to the area, I will most certainly use Pleasant Valley Auto Care. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone local who is looking for professional, thorough, and honest auto care.

  I just recently moved back into the area. I was trying to find a reputable auto mechanic. My father suggested Pleasant Valley Auto Care. He was happy with the work they did on his vehicles. I started to take my vehicles there and I couldn't be happier. Great service and very honest garage.

  My driver side front window stopped working. They took a look at my car. Gave me an estimate which was very fair. I was able to bring my car in the following week. Which was due to my schedule not theres. They had my vehicle fixed in no time. This will be the garage i use from now on. Thank you so much for the fast repair. Highly recommend this garage!!!!
