I cannot say enough about Jordan and how he has helped me so far. Not only a guy full of knowledge about dieting/lifestyle/mindset, but just an incredible person in general. He is so understanding of the "everyday" person and really just gets people and helps you achieve your goals. Right now we are almost halfway thru the program and we're right on track to hit my goal. I'm not "upset" I am dieting, I am very confident & happy with where I am now, what I am eating, my lifestyle changes I've made etc. If you are reading this, you need to just have a conversation with him, just an awesome, stand up, honest guy & even better coach. I have worked with Jordan "The Angry Nutrition Guy" 1 on 1 work for the last several months and his services have been top notch. We all know how to jump on and off fad diets and lose weight (and put it right back on again...). I certainly did. But I just got fed up with the roller coaster weigh ins. Down 15, up 20, down 30, up 25. Terribly unhealthy.
Jordan has helped me to be reasonable from a nutritional approach. He doesn't tell me I can't have this or that....but has taught me how to evaluate my nutritional choices with a new lens. Balancing my macronutrients correctly while also in a caloric deficit (which is temporary...he will be teaching me how to maintain my ideal weight which will not be in a caloric deficit shortly) over the last 7 weeks and this has helped me get from 185 to 167 pounds... and I am still going strong! 18 pounds down, probably another 7 to go during the next month while we are still working together.
But the best part is, just because our 1 on 1 time comes to an end in a month...my journey goes on. And that's because Jordan is not teaching me a fad diet. He is teaching me a lifestyle. Something attainable long term....a truly wonderful way to approach health and wellness, and I have no doubt he has taught me what I need to know to keep this excess weight off for the rest of my life.

Jordan helped me to lose over 10 pounds. I was really struggling with some middle-aged weight gain, and was resigned to going up a size. Jordan helped me realize that even though I was eating mostly "healthy" foods --I was eating a lot of them! He showed me how to evaluate my portions and balance my macros (fat/carbs/protein). I really looked forward to our weekly calls--he's very positive and encouraging!
The absolute best experience. With Jordan's planning and personal approach I lost even more weight than I originally hoped to! I never felt deprived or hungry and discovered delicious, healthy recipes that I will keep in my repertoire forever. I could not lose the weight on my own. Jordan made success seem easy.
