  I went into the sprint store on Wednesday. The staff greeted me right away and was very friendly. Andy helped me out to upgrade my phone. He worked with me very patiently and answered every question I had! Great service would definitely go back.

  Service was above and beyond. Lost my tablet on the sidewalk in Mayfair and they showed me how to track it. They even printed me out a map. Showed me how to put a message on it remotely also. Believe it or not... I got my tablet back!

  I wish I could give this store & ALL the employees/Managers a 10 Star Rating! As many people I dreaded walking into a cell phone store, I defiantly had my guard up before I did. From bad past experiences with sales, it was easy to assume this wouldn’t be any different. BUT to my surprise....as soon as I walked into this location several employees greeted us. At first contact they immediately asked how they may help us. Upon telling them my frustration with another store recently, it’s like this team jumped into action. #1 to take the weight|concern off of me & #2 to on the spot address the ‘other’ store issue. Then onto #3 making us happy customers! Our only goal was to transfer 1 phone & purchase 1 new one. After OUR questions regarding any Specials they may currently have, that’s where the next surprise came in as they had MANY Deals to offer. (WITH ZERO FINE PRINT) The deals landed us 2 new phones AND a brand new IPad at an incredible price! I kept waiting for the ‘catch’ BUT there weren’t any.
  
  Then today we stopped back in to asked some more questions & they were instantly satisfied. We were also offered coffee & cupcakes.
  
  I know this is a long review but sometimes good customer service needs to be recognized, I will defiantly be sending my network here.

  I usually dread going into a cell phone store to have something done. It is never easy quick or convenient. This store and the staff where hands down the best I've ever dealt with. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to switch my cell phone to a new one and made sure everything was working correctly. The way they interacted with other customers brought a smile to my face. They were very professional and very helpful to every person who walked through the door. I'm glad to know this particular store and staff are around because I will never go anywhere else.
