AWESOME DoJo! The instructors really care and take an interest in the children. They motivate them to DO and BE their best. Sensei Mike, Mr. Nick and Coach Kellie are outstanding and my son loves going to class. He would go every day if it was up to him. Excellent program and great people. I would give 10 stars if Google allowed it!

East West Karate is an amazing dojo. Sensei Mike and Sensei Austin are great with the students and Sensei Mary always has a welcoming smile on her face. The classes are a perfect length for our 6yr old.

I enrolled my son in the Tiny Tigers class and he loved it right away. Sensei Mike was able to keep the children focused and excited about learning new skills. It was always the highlight of my day watching the little ones try their best and try to impress their role model.
Months later I decided to try a class. I was extremely nervous because I was out of shape and I thought I'd never make it through one class. 3 months later, I'm loving it! It's hard to get motivated to leave the house after working all day and then dinner and bath and bedtime. However, the minute I step on the mat I am so glad I'm there. I am stronger after each class and I am accomplishing things I didn't think I could. I am definitely seeing results. The team is so encouraging. I couldn't be happier as a parent and a student!

It took me a while to choose a martial arts program for my kids. I wanted them to learn self defense, but also when to appropriately use self defense, increase their confidence and increase their focus. I chose East West Karate/VMMA - Jamison because of their mission on their website, but was a little skeptical if they'd practice what they preach. And boy do they!! We couldn't be happier. Both kids beg to go to as many classes as our schedules allow. Not only do they enjoy learning new skills, but they love their leadership team! It's the perfect combination of fun, constant positive feedback, focus and fitness!
