I was unsure of ordering prom flowers but within seconds of entering their shop, I was quickly put at ease by the friendly and warm staff. They listened to what I had in mind and patiently viewed the pics that I brought for reference. They assured me that the bouquet would be beautiful. Upon picking it up along with the sweet boutonnière, we were overwhelmed at the bouquet. It was more than perfect! It was full of fresh roses and hydrangeas just as requested with just the right amount of eucalyptus and greens. Everyone commented on them and wanted to take pictures with them. Thank you for listening and taking the time to help make the prom a memorable night.

Sure, they do a wonderful job, but the inside of their establishment is the worst smelling place I've ever walked into in my entire life. I was completely overwhelmed by a smell I can't even describe other than food mixed with complete fecal matter!

I am absolutely so pleased and happy with Kocher's Flowers. I have used them twice now. The first time for thank you flowers to a family member. The flower arrangement was stunningly beautiful and the recipient absolutely love it. The second time was for a funeral arrangement. Lori who helped me both times was amazing and so very helpful, patient and kind. They have gained a loyal customer for sure. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They are affordable and they give excellent service!

The recipient of the beautiful rose extravaganza said they were the most beautiful she'd ever seen. Isn't that what we want to happen when someone is healing from surgery....something that males them smile and feel good inside!!! I say YES to that.

Oh my gosh! Friday was my mom’s birthday and after my brother wasn’t able to get the flowers ordered, I called Kocher’s. They made the most beautiful arrangement and we are all very happy with it. Since I called ON my mom’s birthday right when they opened, I was hopeful that they’d be able to do it and they got it done! We even had a nice chat about Michigan, cottages, and snow. I’m in Duluth, MN. 🤣 THANK YOU!
