*Some improvements since my original review. Nothing I really want to go on about...but I would suggest Foundations to anyone that needs the treatment they provide. -

(January 17, 2022, 3:49 am)Foundations and it's wonderful staff have helped change my life. I've been going there several years. I now own my own business, have a car and am buying my first home. If you are actually CLEAN the nurses and staff treat you with the same respect you give them. If you are trying to get better, this is a great place. If you are coming to just get high or stop the sick, go elsewhere. Enough said.
