  Dave and Bryan really work hard and keep the place in great shape. Just a wonderful little retreat. A place to meet people and just be in nature. Really enjoy my visits here.

  Always a great time with friends while your laying poolside or by a fire. Always enjoy the atmosphere all summer long

  Rustic and friendly. Not really suited for bigger class A rigs but Brian went above and beyond to fit us in. Great for smaller campers and tenting. They had Bonfires and a DJ's on the weekend. The locals and seasonals were all very friendly and we met some nice people!

  First gay campground and we found it very comfy and friendly. The owner/mgr Brian was truly helpful and welcoming. The other guests were friendly and created a sense of community. I would classify it as a cozy "pop and pop" business as opposed to other larger campgrounds, like The Woods, which are 5 star as well, but more corporate. The Woods has 1000+ guests it seemed during my stay, while Camp Davis was less than 100. Both excellent in their own ways

Very clean bathroom/shower house. Great pool with lounge chairs tables. Prices are right in line with other area campgrounds. Cannot wait to go back. Met some great people."
