WOW! Costco's Cranberry, PA is the best! Knowledgeable and super friendly! I bought 3 pairs of glasses for the cost of one pair elsewhere. They have many designer frames to choose from in all kinds of colors and styles. Jennifer the manager, Lisa from another department helped me pick the best glasses for my face. Several other awesome eyeglass employees also voted on what they liked making my experience very enjoyable. I felt like a bunch of good friends were shopping with me! They taught me how to pick the best size. I have never been told that frame sizes have numbers that are appropriate for your size face. If you are a thinner face pick 52, if wider pick 53, 54, 55, 56 and so on. Costco organizes all sizes together so you can pick the correct glasses for your face thus saving time by knowing what will actually fit. I shared with my family and friends and will be back next year when they have another sale which gave me $50.00 of each additional pair. Now with their prices I can buy glasses that corrdinate with different outfits and occasions! Eyeglasses are jewelry for your face, so have fun creating your collection. No need to settle for one pair of ordinary when Costco has EXTRAORDINARY styles for less and EXCEPTIONAL staff!

Jamie was amazing! We went in to buy new glasses for my son's new prescription. The old glasses he had, when we went in, were broken and missing an arm. He needed something to wear to school until his new glasses were ready. I asked a lady at the counter if they could be fixed and she said no without even looking at them. When we were ringing up the new glasses we asked Jamie if there was anything he could do with the old pair to get my son through until the new pair were ready. Jamie looked to see if his old, broken glasses were in stock and was able to find the same frame. Jamie popped the lenses out of my son's broken pair and placed them in the frame to hold is over until the new pair we purchased were ready. He even went above and beyond to make sure the fit and size were perfect on my son before we purchased the new style frame. Jamie really did not want us leaving the store, after purchasing a new style frame, unhappy about anything regarding the new purchase. Jamie really helped us out in a pinch and was amazing! He really went above and beyond to help us and I couldn't be happier. It's so nice to know that there are still people out there that care about other people!! Thank you so much, Jamie! You made our visit so great and now our son can see until his new glasses arrive!! What amazing customer service we received!

Been using the Woods family eye Care in Costco for years they are just wonderful. We also purchase our glasses in the Costco optical center and my latest visit I had the pleasure of having Jamie fit my new glasses I can honestly say he is just awesome at making sure your glasses are fitted correctly I even had he adjust my old pair I purchased from Costco a year ago and after he made some adjustments they now fit better than ever. Big shout out to Jamie keep up that great customer care.
