(October 24, 2022, 1:17 pm)I called WM to discuss my bill and the inconsistent Yard Waste Schedule. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to talk with an agent. The agent walked me through the bill and I expressed that I was looking at other trash haulers. She said she could get an Account Services agent on the line to see if a billing pricing rollback was available. I spoke to the agent and we worked out a new pricing based on my 10 plus years with WM. Bottom line is the agents I talked to were easy to get a hold of and a pleasure to deal with. I gave 4 stars so I can save the extra star for when yard waste goes back to once per week.
