Form is always held as the utmost importance! Nutritional support is available which is great! The community is welcoming and makes getting up super early easier. Can't wait to do my next inbody scan to see my progress!

(September 28, 2021, 10:35 am)I love it here, the workouts are tough but scaled for every skill level. There are workout time slots for everyone’s needs. The coaches are great. I highly recommend this gym for new and experienced CrossFitters.

(August 5, 2021, 11:29 am)Total Pursuit Athletics is a great place for people of all ages. My 10yo daughter took classes there as part of her swim club schedule (extra workouts when the kids couldn't be in the pool due to COVID restrictions) and she absolutely LOVED it. The instructors are knowledgeable and make it fun for the kids. They are also very COVID-conscious and I always felt that my child was in a safe environment in every way. Highly recommend it!
