Equilibrium Fitness (CrossFit Equilibrium)

Before coming to Equilibrium Fitness, I thought that Cross fit was very scary. After coming here, all my fear went away. The coaches are great and really work with where you are at! Equilibrium fitness gets you in shape and provides a safe and fun environment for all.

As an active person, I've always wanted to try CrossFit, but was so intimidated to do so. After some coaxing from my fiance, I decided to give it a try. I'm not turning back. This, with the help of their nutrition program, has put me in the best shape I've been in for 20 years, and I've only been at it for a few months. Everything can be scaled to your level, and the coaching is top notch. Highly recommend!

I was looking for something different near me and found this spot at a hockey rink I was familiar with. I didn’t know it was Cross Fit and didn’t really know what cross fit was to be honest. I thought it was just hitting a sledgehammer against a big tire! I said I’d give it 3 months. I’m on month 10 and don’t see doing anything else. Tommy and the other coaches are friendly, helpful and yet push you to be better.

I cannot be more grateful for coaches and athletes at this gym. The quality of coaching is out of this world. I have never stuck with a gym for more then few weeks. This time - is different. I love it!

Amazing and inviting community. No level of prior fitness is required to feel welcome. Coaches are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They won't let you push harder than you are able. Would recommend!
