This was my first time in the new R&F outlet on Central Ave in Colonie. I knew what I wanted in a reclining chair and didn't have a lot of time to "look" around. I was pleasantly greeted by a sales professional who listened to my needs. She quickly brought me to the area of the store I would find the item I wanted. I never felt pressured, yet was fully educated on all of the items I had to choose from. I easily chose the perfect recliner and was on my way within 45 minutes. The delivery was completed within 3 days. Both the sales representative, (So sorry that I forgot her name) as well as the delivery drivers (again forgot their names) were by far the best professionals in their respective business. Based on my experience, I suggested to my daughter and boyfriend to stop by R&F to look for a bedroom set. They too, found it an very pleasant experience and are now waiting for their new bedroom set to arrive in a few days!

Searching for the right furniture was a very good experience, especially with Douglas assisting, who is one of the associates at Raymour & Flanigan in Central Ave. He made it easy for me to find the right desk that I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and price was very reasonable.

The only thing that happened when I picked up my desk is that it came in a box (not assembled). I was expecting that it was already assembled because that’s what we’ve been told by Douglas that it will be picked up assembled. So I asked the staff at the pick up center why and he said they come not assembled. Didn’t asked further because I know that he can’t do anything about it. I managed to assemble it by myself though. But other than that, I was happy about my desk.

Very easygoing experience. Our salesman Tim was excellent. He gave us time to browse on our own, answered all of our questions, ran all over the store to help us find an ottoman to match the sectional set we had to have, and was super honest and genuine. It was the first time I’ve ever been furniture shopping and didn’t have someone following me around the store to try to convince me to buy something way more expensive. Tim made it a comfortable experience and let us choose what we actually wanted instead of what was biggest or most expensive. One of the items we wanted wasn’t in stock, but the estimate was right on the money. Delivery was fast and easy. Will definitely be returning to do business with Tim and recommending him and the store to others.

Josh was the calmest, most informative sales rep I have encountered at any furniture store. The selections were just abundant and contemporary, yet still had some classic furniture. I ordered a bed and hope it is as comfortable as it was in the store. No worries though, I have 45 days to determine this or swap it for another brand. I recommend this store for its friendly atmosphere and combined knowledge of product an A so far.

A nice place and nicer people. Also, a full deli is a real treat.

This store has just about everything you would need if your looking for a gas station, deli, bakery and convenient store all wrapped up into one.

The prices were very good and the store was nice and clean. I also found the employees to be very pleasent as well.

Definitely will stop again when I'm in the area.

Great place for gas if that is what you are needing for a vehicle, lawn mower, small engine or more etc. I haven’t eaten here cause there are exactly 0 tables and I refuse to stand and eat food and drink too.

Edit. It was thrown at me that there are outdoor tables here which is suitable for eating food without needing to eat. Because of this I will leave my review as excellent 5 started.

The employees that work here are fantastic and hard working people. They make stopping here worth it. They always have a small on their faces! The food they make is always something different. Each day that I stop in there the food is normally different each day. I will keep coming back for life!
