  Bob and Jason serviced my Mercury outboard. Picked it up this morning.
  These folks are worthy of more than 5 stars! Honest, courteous, no pressure, timely and VERY knowledgeable. I am taken aback how nice they are. This is a good old fashioned American business.

  They were 1 of 2 dealers out of the many I called that returned my call. Bob was very helpful in deciding the correct shaft length I needed for my boat. Took the time to explain his choice and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Purchased a new outboard from them. Had a few concerns after my purchase, so I emailed them. Got a call from them within 5 minutes and all of my questions were answered.
  Very friendly and helpful folks. Will be purchasing all of my service items and accessories from them. Highly recommend them.

  I have purchased a boat for my family and friends, a ski, and fish. They knew exactly what I wanted before I even told them it was like they learn from a couple of questions. Lol,
  That's because of excellent customer service and knowing the boating industry and will find the best package to fit your needs at a good deal.
  I shopped everywhere they are the best don't waste your time going anywhere else.

  After getting the run-a-round from my local Lowe Boat dealer I called Bob Warren Boat sales and left a message describing my frustration and situation. I was happy that Bob Warren Boat sales returned my call and were able to "shoe-horn" me into their schedule. So I towed my pontoon to Butler PA,(125 miles) and left it for Bob Warren boat sales to repair. They had the leaky pontoon repaired in no time and now we are enjoying our boat. If/when we decide to purchase another boat, We'll drive right past the local dealers and head back to Bob Warren Boat sales. Top notch service from people who actually care.
