(June 7, 2018, 10:03 pm)They took very good care of our car. A 60-foot pine tree fell on top of it and they kept us informed every step of the way as to the progress of the repairs. The work they completed was exceptional in their customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone that needs body work done on their vehicles.

This is my second high dollar repair with them, and it IS my second because the first experience was world-class (maybe 15 years ago). There is such a thing as making it look easy, and Joe makes it look just that way. Flawless paint and repair, speedy service, going the extra mile: that defines Kovatch Collision Center. Thanks to everyone involved, even though Joe's name is the only one I know.

(February 12, 2015, 7:44 pm)I was recently in an accident and my insurance provider suggested our SUV be towed to Kovatch Collision. We are new to the area and I hadn't heard of them before. From the first day our SUV was there they proactively called us with updates. We worked primarily with a gentleman named Joe who was extremely professional and courteous. They didn't drag their feet either, my vehicle was ready a mere day after the anticipated date which was given to me the day after they first received it. The only reason it was late is because they were sent the wrong control arm bushing and had to wait on a replacement.
I'm fairly OCD when it comes to my vehicles so upon bringing it home, I pulled it into the garage for a full inspection. Their work is flawless... Zero runs or orange peel on the paint, all joints and seams line up like stock and mechanically it's as if it never happened. There was nearly 10k worth of damage to the vehicle. We're not talking about a ding or two, the whole front right side looked as if a dinosaur or something took a chomp out of it.
Anyhow, I highly recommend them and will most certainly bring my vehicles there in the future if the need arises.
