My normal vet wasn’t willing to look at my cat about what I thought could be a UTI because of the possibility it could be something more serious. Even though I wasn’t a normal customer of theirs they had me in within 2 hours of calling them. Luckily too because it wasn’t just a uti by thanks to them we were able to avoid a costly hospitalization or even worse. I’ll be taking all of my animals here from now on.

I just wish the receptionist had been a little more pleasant and actually tried to help out instead of acting like I was bothering her by calling. I've never had an issue on my previous visits until lately. I do understand you are probably very busy, but at least on my previous call the receptionist was sympathetic and did everything she could to get us in to see the doctor. I live 5 minutes down the road and really don't want to have to find another vet. I appreciate you taking the time to make this right. I'll be calling to get another appointment soon.

Pretty disappointed that I just called this morning for an appointment after 4:30 and was told they have nothing all week. Last time they told me this, a couple weeks ago, I went in and they were not busy at all. I guess they don't need the money if they are so quick to turn customers away. -

(May 3, 2018, 11:39 am)No matter the visit, my wife and I have always been satisfied with the service and care for our pup. The techs are full of love and even when our pup has not felt 100%, his tail always wags when we arrive. Lastly, their prices for pet care is pretty comparable to other vets in Chester County, that's just the nature of the economic landscape in the area.
We have been customers for almost three years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. Thanks to all of the staff that work there, you all rock!
