I cut a LOT of firewood each year and it used to be a real chore to find a local shop who truly had experience in servicing chain saws. Luckily, I found Yerkes and wouldn't go anywhere else ever since. These guys KNOW what they're doing and won't try to "upsell" you on something you don't need. Sure, it's a no-frills shop, but that's why their prices are the best around. If you're looking for a place to buy flower pots as well as get your lawn mower serviced, go to one of the big box stores where you roll the dice on whether the staff know what they're talking about. But if you're serious about getting your equipment fixed or serviced, Yerkes is about as good as it gets.
