(September 11, 2018, 8:36 pm)A 13+ acre park in Downtown Borough along the east branch of the Brandywine Creek. The park provides soccer fields and has a ton of soccer nets. It has a picnic pavilion and the Dave Hatt Pavillion, two Port-a-Pottys, a basketball court, two swings, a playground and a walking path.
The walking path does a loop and also connects by a path to the Milltown bridge behind the Dowiningtown Borough Police Department over the Brandywine Creek to the path to Kerr Park.
The path also has a learning section with things like hop scotch. Distance markers would be a nice addition to the park. -

(October 2, 2017, 9:24 am)We live right down the street from this park and go there on the norm with our daughter. She loves the playground and the trails are pretty great. Love seeing the new upgrades and looking forward to seeing more.
