(April 18, 2018, 5:17 pm)Our Mom had severe Dementia and our Dad(her care giver) was no longer able to care for her the way he had in the past. Dan and Touching Hearts came to our immediate aid, as this was an emergency situation. They were very interested and concerned about their needs and expectations. Communication was top notch. They were able to place someone within 3 days. They also helped with the insurance requirements. The aid who stayed 5 days per week from 9-5 was wonderful, kind, and on top of our situation. She helped with everything from keeping mom busy and well cared for, to cleaning and cooking for both. Mom has since passed, if and when we need someone to help care for Dad, we won't call anyone but Dan at Touching Hearts. Thank you Dan, Yvette, and staff !!!!!!

He really understands geriatric care and all of it's implications to the families searching for reliable, competent and effective companion care. His team shares these attributes and I was very pleased with the services provided to my Mom during her stay in assisted living. Without reservation, I would highly recommend their services and know that your experience will be the same as mine.
