Aline Physical Therapy

I was so excited when I found Aline Physical therapy. I have had pain in my right shoulder for years after a skiing accident. I have had many treatments, some work for a time, others did not help. An Ortho doctor told me the only answer would be sugary. I did not and do not want surgery. I found Aline by accident. They are upstairs in my building. It was the best find!!! Arpna has been working with me several months now and the relief I feel has been incredible. I highly recommend anyone to give her a try before doing any drastic.
Sadly, she is moving from my building. But it is ok I will go to her new office, it will be well worth it.!!!

You don’t have to suffer anymore! Arpna did what nobody else could do. I was barely able to walk, totally incapacitate me on some days, and kept me aching and awake at night. I had a lot of pain in my left foot and that interfered with my everyday life. I wanted to get back to being me. I came to Arpna after having multiple injections and going to another large practice Physical Therapy clinic for months. Arpna explained in full detail how her treatments would benefit and how to maintain that relief for a long-term solution. She treated not only my symptoms to relieve pain, but my entire issue and I have seen amazing results! Her office is one-on-one. Arpna is very gifted and extremely compassionate as a physical therapist.

The expert in pelvic floor therapy! I came here desperate to fix some issues and Arpna immediately made me feel comfortable. She asked questions to get to the root cause and I really appreciate her holistic approach. I never thought I had time to dedicate to this important care but she offers evening and weekend appointments which is so key for busy working moms. I wish I went years ago but I'm happy I found her when I did. 😀

My experience with Arpna has been wonderful! I delivered my first child in April and was experiencing some pelvic floor issues and Arpna has been a godsend. Working with her has gotten me back on the road to recovery, which is great, but the best part is that I am now more in tune with and aware of my own body due to the fabulous educational aspects of Arpna’s treatment. She doesn’t just treat- she will explain what she is doing and the “why” behind it, which in my previous experience with other types of physical therapy is usually lacking. She is also compassionate and as a mother herself, she has an understanding of the struggles of motherhood and is flexible. After my Ostomy reversal, I was experiencing severe pain which led me to the ER. My Colorectal Surgeon recommended Pelvic Floor PT. Dr. Arpna is knowledgeable, caring, flexible, and honest. She met with my colorectal surgeon to discuss her process and has provided me with the best care. I had significantly less pain after only a few sessions. I highly recommend her care to anyone in search of a trustworthy Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist.
